Joyce founded Destiny Changers Foundation with a heart for the forgotten — first-time offenders, single parents, and at-risk youth. Her vision drives every program and partnership the organization builds.

Program Director
Manages day-to-day operations of the Destiny Clothes Closet and Food Pantry, ensuring every person who walks through our doors is met with dignity, warmth, and practical support.
