Our Mission
Changing Destinies, One Life at a Time
Destiny Changers Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Jacksonville, Florida. Founded by Joyce Hardnett, our mission is to provide practical support, mentorship, and resources to individuals and families who are rebuilding their lives — particularly first-time non-violent offenders, single parents, and at-risk youth.
We operate from the grounds of In His Army Apostolic Church in Jacksonville, where we run the Destiny Clothes Closet, a food pantry in partnership with Feeding Northeast Florida, job skills training, and an approved site for court-ordered community service hours.
Everything we do is free. Everything we do is rooted in the belief that a person's past does not have to define their future.

Who We Serve
The People at the Heart of Our Work
Non-Violent First-Time Offenders
We walk alongside individuals re-entering society after a first-time offense, offering clothing, job skills, and a community that believes in second chances.
Single Parents in Transition
Single parents navigating housing instability, job loss, or family hardship find practical support and encouragement to rebuild with confidence.
Youth Ages 12–17
Young people who need structure, mentorship, and a safe place to complete court-ordered hours or simply find direction are welcomed and invested in.
