Who We Are
Changing Destinies, One Life at a Time
Destiny Changers Foundation Inc. was founded by Joyce Hardnett with a simple but powerful conviction: that the people most often overlooked by society are the ones most deserving of compassion, investment, and a genuine second chance.
Operating out of Jacksonville, Florida, we serve first-time non-violent offenders re-entering the community, single parents navigating hardship, and at-risk youth who need structure and mentorship. Every program we run is free. Every person we serve is treated with dignity.
From the Destiny Clothes Closet to our food pantry, job skills training, and court-ordered community service program — we meet people where they are and walk with them toward where they are going.
"We are not just meeting needs — we are changing destinies."
